Trauma-informed wellbeing studio

The quiet work of coming home to yourself.

We help adults soften old wounds, ease anxious patterns, and build a calmer, more accessible daily life. One unhurried session at a time.

A calm, sunlit scene evoking emotional safety and a return to one's inner child Lisbon & online · since 2017

Healing is not a sprint, and it was never meant to be done alone.

Most people arrive at Marrowlight carrying patterns that once kept them safe and now keep them stuck. We meet you there, gently, with practical tools and steady company. No fixing, no rushing, no pretending the hard parts away.

How we hold the work

A calm method, built around the person, not the symptom.

01

Listen first

We start with a slow, free conversation. No intake form to perform for, no diagnosis to chase. We want to understand the shape of your days and what brought you here.

02

Meet the wound

Using mindfulness, parts work, and reparenting practices, we get curious about the younger parts of you still asking for safety. Gently, and only at the pace your body allows.

03

Build the everyday

Insight fades without rhythm. We translate the work into boundaries, routines, and small repeatable rituals that hold up on ordinary, difficult, real-life Tuesdays.

What we offer

Sessions shaped to where you actually are right now.

Anxiety & nervous-system care

Practical, body-first tools for the spirals, the bracing, and the 3am mind. We work with what your nervous system is trying to protect, not against it.

Self-compassion practice

A gentler inner voice is a skill, not a personality trait. Small guided practices, drawing on creative expression and mindful reflection, to make kindness toward yourself a habit.

In their words

What changes when someone finally stays.

I spent years managing my anxiety. Here I finally learned to listen to it. The 3am dread is just quieter now.

Marrowlight never tried to fix me on a timeline. That patience was the whole treatment, honestly.

They helped me handle the paperwork and the feelings underneath it. I felt like a person, not a case file.

Resources we trust

Good company beyond our four walls.

A short, hand-picked shelf of the people and places we point clients toward when the work continues outside the studio.

A gentle first step

The first conversation is free, and there's no script to follow.

Tell us a little about where you are. We'll listen, and together we'll find the right next move. No pressure to commit to anything.
