Sessions

Ways we can work together.

Every arc below starts the same way: a free, unhurried conversation. From there we shape something to fit your nervous system, your schedule, and your real life.

01

Inner-child reparenting

Our signature arc. Over eight to twelve weeks we recognise the patterns shaped in childhood, get curious about the younger parts still asking for safety, and practise offering them what they needed the first time. Drawing on Internal Family Systems and somatic mindfulness, paced entirely by your body.

02

Anxiety & nervous-system care

For the spirals, the bracing, and the mind that won't switch off. We work body-first, with breath, body scans, and practical tools you can reach for in the moment. We meet what your anxiety is protecting rather than trying to argue it away.

Ongoing or short course

03

Grief & life transitions

Steady company through endings, beginnings, and the foggy in-between. There is no correct way to grieve and no timeline to keep. We hold the space while you find your own footing again.

As you need it

04

Accessible-living support

Navigating disability, accommodations, and the systems around them takes a toll that nobody warns you about. We help with both the practical path and the feelings underneath it, so you stay a person, not a case file.

Single or recurring

05

Self-compassion practice

A kinder inner voice is a skill you can build. Through guided reflection, creative expression, and small repeatable rituals, we make self-kindness a habit rather than a good intention. Available one-to-one or in a small group.

What a session feels like

No couch, no clipboard, no performance.

Sessions run fifty minutes. We sit, we breathe, we talk, and sometimes we sit in useful silence. You set the agenda; we hold the structure. You can join from your own room online, or come to the studio in Lisbon, whichever helps you feel safer.

Between sessions you'll have a small, doable practice, never homework for its own sake. The aim is always the same: more room to be yourself, on ordinary days.

Not sure which fits?

Start with a conversation, not a category.

You don't need to diagnose yourself before reaching out. Tell us what's going on and we'll figure out the right shape together.
